Here's to a quick update before I headed for some zzzz's. Life is swell, for the most part. This past weekend I had a good time just taking it easy and hanging out with friends, some who I haven't seen in years. Have you ever stopped to think of how many friends you have made along this life's journey!?!...it's insane. I was at a friend's fundraiser the other night, and one of the ladies just so happened to over hear my name. So she inquired, and low 'n behold she was an old neighbour of ours who use to babysit me when I was 4. ( ya....she made sure to mention the age and all). Hopefully we'll cross paths again though, b/c I truly owe her an apology. I thought the kids I use to babysit were bad!?!...yikes, I was a handful....and people don't have to tell me stories to refresh my memory.
Work is going well too. It's rather boring and I think i've come close to reaching insanity a few times, but only another month and I'll be done!!!! Back to school for me....woo whoo!?! yippy!?! I mean, it really should never have come as a surprise to myself or anyone else that knows me, but I'm a people person. I thrive off of having people around, people's whos lives I can invest in, help,etc... Unfortunately, a computer is a far cry from a human with a heart, mind, and soul. ....and so are numbers...ahhhhhh!!
As for improvements with the jaw, it seems to waver. Somdays are better than others, but for the most part I still have a 'broken face.' Needless to say, my parents are quite impatient with the progress as well, so they've been looking into other treatment options. So in all honesty I'm quite nervous about tomorrow, b/c I have my first chiropractic appointment. I have NEVER been to a chiropractor before, so I haven't a clue what he's going to say. And to make it all the more awkward, it's a really small office right here in E.St. Paul, where I had gone through a job interview process about a year ago. Blah! Anyways, I also have a Physio appointment on Wednesay at the local Physio, where I've also never been before. Who'd thunk (lol..just had to say it) that you'd live in a small community your entire life, yet always opt for services in the city.
