Profile Update

Well...I'm finally posting a picture to my profile...but apparently I have to post it before I can add it otherwise!?!...

Otherwise life is busy, but great. I started my new job 2 weeks ago now. I'm doing some 'data' entry (aka. Simpy Acct/Yardi) for an apartment maintenance company in the city. Other than them not really being ready for my arrivial (I went through a temp agency), and thus them not having a lot of work for me, all is well. Needless to say, I've definately been presented with a witnessing opportunity... I just pray that I'll have the confidence to speak up when I have the opportunity to do so.

Also on the upside of life, I've recently started to talk with my ex again. I was rather hesitant at first b/c it had been over 5 months since we had last talked. But so far all is well, and it has been really exciting to see the many changes in his life since.

My volunteering at an ESL school in the city has also been going well. I'm enjoying the experience and the rewards that come with it.

Hmm.... well, in all honesty this past week has been a difficult one. Both b/c it was long when it came to work,etc... and b/c my bank account was literally run dry. But at the same time I felt the challenge to not worry, knowing that I had my tax return and my paycheck from work were on the way. So now my new challenge is to save....save, save save... oh the joys of obtaining an education. Thankfully I only have about another year left! Only another 332 days!?! (...here's to hoping)
